A small US-based company was looking to expand their market segment in network monitoring. The company had a highly scalable and very powerful network monitoring platform. The primary target audience for their product was network monitoring engineers, however, they were hitting revenue roadblocks due to a mature and crowded market segment.
We worked to help them implement a strategy to up-sell by developing solutions based on the platform. We identified two fastest growing segments of monitoring, SDWAN and WiFi. We defined MVP features and developed solutions based on their platform.
