Post-Sales Support

Winning a contract is just the beginning of your relationship with the customer.  We believe that it’s important to maintain a strong relationship with your existing customers in order to maximize life-time value (LTV). This goes beyond simply staying in touch. You need to be dedicated to supporting the customer needs throughout the product life-cycle. In a multi-year deal, contract management, ensuring supply chain stability, logistics, and reverse logistic support are critical in not only winning repeat customers, but also impressing potential new contract opportunities.

CASE STUDY

After assisting our client secure a $400M contract, we continued providing post-sale support by guiding them through their product development phase in order to meet the end customer’s launch date.  Post product launch, we continued to support and guide them through supply chain related challenges during COVID-19 and their product enhancement phases. Due to our excellent post-sale support, we were able to secure a new $15M software project with a multi-million annual recurring revenue. In addition, we bid and won a new project with a different division of that existing customer.
