#1 We helped a medium-sized international company win a $400M multi-year contract. This particular client had been trying to break into the US market for more than a decade. After they partnered with us, we identified an opportunity with a large operator and engaged them into the operator’s RFP process. We helped with the messaging of their value proposition and positioning their product against fierce competition. Through this process, our client was able to navigate the RFx process and contract negotiations allowing them to close a major deal.
#2 For a European startup company, we identified and established a partnership with a public US company. We showed our client product synergies with the US company’s product portfolio, and helped them structure and negotiate a multi-million software licensing deal that led to a successful acquisition of the startup company.
#3 After securing a multi-year contract for one of our clients, they had the contractual obligation to provide 24/7/365 technical support in compliance with Personal Identifiable Information (PII) protection.
